1/2 cup milk- room temperature
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg-lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup boiling water

For marshmallow filling:

2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 teaspoon vanilla

For milk chocolate ganache:
